Many people have a fear of heights in the traditional sense but is there a fear around escalating YOURSELF? I wanted to provide some insight into why people procrastinate about moving upwards in their personal and business lives.
What fears are holding you back from progressing? Some of the reasons or fears could be:
I will lose understanding or support from family, friends and colleagues; they might not like me as much, if I change
I might fail or be humiliated or judged
Who am I to want to be better?
I'm not good enough, I don't know enough, I can't, I'm scared (what are you scared of?)
I don't deserve to have, or be, "more"
I'm scared of what will happen after I reach that new goal

Ask yourself the questions listed below and in the box...
If you do nothing about what you want to be, have, or achieve - in a year's time how will you feel about that? And what about in 2 years or 5 years? Or even 10 years?
When will it become too late to be what you could have been, or have what you could have had?
Is the security of staying in your "comfort zone" worth the regret of not trying?
