This exercise helps you look at where you are in your life now, in relation to various categories. Draw a line across each category, which represents the level you are at now (from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best result you could have). 

Where do you REALLY want to be though? Mark the new, increased level of where you want to be in a set period, (say 90 days), in up to 3 categories. So, you might perhaps want your "Money" section to move from 5 now, to 8, within the year.

ASK: How could you achieve that? Then make a plan to make it happen!

Same principle as the Wheel of Life, but this looks at what values are important to you in your life now? And perhaps over the next 12 months?

Feel free to use your own value categories here - you may find they change along your personal development journey or if you need to make a big decision. 

Mark where you are now and perhaps, what level you would like to achieve within a set time period; I like to do this exercise every 6 months.
